Vendorbench LLC ("VendorBench," "we," "us," or "our") provides a vendor sourcing, work-order coordination, and bench-management platform for property managers and service vendors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, applications, forms, text-messaging program, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information We Collect

• Account and contact information, such as name, company, role, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and login information.
• Vendor and business information, such as trade, service area, licenses, insurance records, qualifications, availability, and payment or tax information when applicable.
• Work-order information, such as property location, requested services, photographs, attachments, schedules, quotes, status updates, and communications.
• Messaging information, such as mobile number, consent record, message content, delivery status, opt-out history, and related metadata.
• Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, interactions, and diagnostic information.
• Information received from clients, vendors, public sources, integrations, and service providers when permitted by law.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, vendor profiles, work orders, sourcing activity, and project communications.
• Send consented work-order alerts, emergency service requests, links, scheduling messages, quote or scope updates, and completion notices.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our agreements.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the property managers, property-management clients, service vendors, and authorized users involved in a relevant work order; to vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, communications, analytics, and security providers; in connection with a corporate transaction; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or prevent misuse.

SMS privacy commitment. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program, or when required by law. Those providers may use it only to perform services for VendorBench.

Text Messaging

If you choose to enroll in VendorBench Work Order Messaging, we use your mobile number and consent record to deliver messages related to relevant work orders and service events. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using the Services. Message frequency varies based on work-order activity; typically 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We maintain opt-out records to prevent further messaging unless you later provide new affirmative consent.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update certain account information through the Services or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. You may also adjust browser or device settings for certain cookies and tracking technologies.

Third-Party Services and Children

The Services may contain links to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. VendorBench is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
